Over the years, DMIC's reputation for valves with overspec construction and solid engineering, was sometimes at conflict with the very real needs of 3000 PSI valve users. Usually the issue boils down to cost: When a 6000 PSI valve can't be afforded, and neither can the failure of a marginal or substandard offshore 3000 PSI valve, the lesser evil was taking the risk to meet price points.

Choosing DMIC BVEM eliminates a potential point of failure that can result in expensive warranty repairs and loss of end-user goodwill.

Many Distributors are reporting that times are changing for the better. We at DMIC strive to thrive by your side, by supporting Distributors and OEMs in the new business realities of reduced stocking levels and just-in-time delivery expectations. We haven't cut stocking levels, au contraire, DMIC has added component stock as well as new machines and skilled people throughout the production chain. Our latest equipment broadens the size range of DMIC valves to the next level. Soon, enhanced ERP will also hopefully enhance your customer service experience up to a new standard of excellence among all your suppliers.

Lastly, although the DMIC Flow Control product range had its ups and downs last summer, as we had the lucky problem of selling more than the most optimistic projections, FCHH and NVHH 10000 PSI Flow Controls/Needle Valves are now shipping from shelf stock. We even built a new row of shelving just to hold them.

Despite the efforts we made to keep abundant component stock of FCHH and NVHH valves, certain sizes did repeatedly sell out over the summer. Currently, customers are receiving shipments of DMIC Flow Controls from shelf stock, in all sizes. To serve the robust demand for these valves, we've constructed a new aisle of component shelving and dedicated shelf space for completed valves.

In today's world where 100 years of progress now only takes 10 years or less, when you're standing still, you're really just falling behind.

DMIC has invested in evergreening the production equipment, as well as adding a stable of XL size machines to serve our customers in non-fluidpower markets. DMIC is now able to manufacture extremely large valves from raw material, with the same outstanding engineering and manufacturing quality as our mainstream valve lines.

For our newest customers, who perhaps haven't experienced DMIC's complete vertical integration from raw material to shipment, very pleasant surprises await when Price and Delivery are quoted.

DMIC is inviting standard and custom valve projects with sizes up to 20 inch @ 1000 PSI, or 18" at 6000 PSI.

Here at DMIC, we dislike not being successful when we partner with Distributors in quoting large volume projects. Time and time again, the DMIC offer of a 6000 PSI (400 bar) valve for a 3000 PSI or less system, could not be supported by the system budget.

BVEM not only levels the playing field, it changes the game.

What used to be a monumental gamble: specifying marginal offshore product and lots of it, with a potential warranty nightmare lurking... is now a thing of the past.
