DMIC's all-new FC1AH large Flow Controls in Stainless Steel, from ¾" to 2", deliver the designer's complete wish list of specs, at a competitive price point. A DMIC original clean sheet design, they are shipping now and made in U.S.A. Large NV2AH Needle Valves in Stainless Steel are also available for fast delivery.

DMIC's new MFLP and MFHP Magnetic In-Line filters, are a fusion of modern patented technology and innovative DMIC design. MFLP filters are suitable for suction prefiltering, whereas MFHP are for high pressure fluid conditioning in operation. Both series come in threaded or flanged styles and feature replaceable elements.

Nowadays, users are scrounging for every cost saving which is easily at hand. bringing renewed interest in "old school" best practices, not the least of which is attention to filtration. The Nature of Hydraulic System Contamination, Understanding Beta Ratios, Particle Control at various HPU subsystems


Our previous TechTalk featured tips on preventing cavitation in hydraulic systems. We are going to continue with system preventative design by taking a closer look at contamination and filtration.

Contamination in a hydraulic system can include not only solids, such as metal and dirt, but also water. DMIC Magnetic Filters are an effective solution for capturing suspended ferrous contamination. Water in a hydraulic system can have many negative effects, such as corrosion of system components, excessive wear and poor system performance. DMIC offers a selection of filters designed for water removal. If your hydraulic system is at risk for water contamination, consider utilizing a water removal element in your design.
