While proving out the FC1AH & NV2AH ultimate quality SS valves announced last year, our engineers noted that with a little tuning, the design would be a natural for 10000 PSI extreme duty service. We made up some prototypes, put them through extensive testing, and we're now proud to announce the newest DMIC twin valve series is released to manufacturing in Carbon Steel. The Stainless Steel 10000 PSI valve testing is nearly complete and will be released to manufacturing soon

Currently, not all sizes of FCHH and NVHH ship from stock. Some sizes will require a few weeks leadtime. DMIC intends to be shipping standard configurations of FCHH and NVHH from stock in the very near future.

Similarly to every other component of your hydraulic system, gauges are exposed to system pressure and any pressure spikes or pulsations.  Bourdon tube gauges are sensitive devices that when subjected to extreme repeated loads may shorten their life.

One way to lessen this negative effect is by the use of dampening.  By installing a DMIC gauge snubber (DMGS) or gauge isolator (DMGV/DMGI) inline before your instruments can extend service life and bring extra features like, gauge isolation and the ability to hold pressure readings for comparisons.  DMIC snubbers and isolators have a precision machined orifice to allow readings while restricting damaging pressure spikes.

Multistation DMIC isolators with integrated gauge (DMGI-KG) and remote gauge (DMGI-RG) permit 6 or 12 points to be monitored, and allow a precision transducer to be multiplexed across 6/12 inputs.
