DMIC Flow Control Valves

DMIC Flow Controls, Needle Valves, and Check Valves are derived from the most popular products for assured compatibility and application performance. 

In the thumbnails below, the "1-way" valves (Flow Controls) are those with the asymmetric knob placement. Needle Valves are symmetric. Click any thumbnail to view the spec page for that valve series.

Brass Valves for 2,000 PSI

DMIC's Brass valves incorporate the most requested features, including a soft-seat check valve in the 1-way version, industry standard color coding bands, and availability in SAE & NPT. Sizes from ⅛" to 1".

Steel Valves for 5,000 PSI

DMIC Steel Valves are available in an extended size range from ⅛" to 2", including the ⅝" SAE size ! Our color bands are in the industry standard placement (under license) and bring total compatibility to your calibration instructions. Rated up to 5,000 PSI. Optional fine-metering needle, and knob locking provision.

Pressure Compensated Valves

The revised pressure compensated DMIC lineup includes 1-way, and 2-way versions. Expanded size range, and all metal knobs for durability. Shipping from stock in SAE and NPT threads from ¼" to 1".

Check Valves

DMIC Check Valves are the price-performance-durability leader. Think you "can't have it all" at a market leading price point ? Think again.

One piece body construction means no mid-body joint to leak, and 3rd generation poppet contour results in very low DP.
