Special and Custom Valves

DMIC is one of the few companies in the hydraulic valve business today that still maintains a custom shop. This is where you can truly separate the wheat from the chaff, in vendors of hydraulic ball valves. While "they" are waiting for offshore tech support, "we" are solving the problem.

Although we produce hundreds of thousands of our standard valves a year in our highly efficient Factory, we are able to produce a low production run or even a one-off valve for your exacting application, and do so cost-effectively.

Custom valves benefit from the latest CAD, FEA, and CNC machining resources available today, just as our standard production does. But then, they enter the time machine of the DMIC custom shop, where 1950's work ethic meets the technology of the new millennium.

Here, craftsmen with decades of experience assemble and test low volume products to ensure that they meet the Buyer's operational requirements in every respect. Our customers' Special and Custom Valves receive the same attention to detail and perfection in execution, as do DMIC's own prototypes.

Perhaps this is why DMIC is selected as the contractor for esoteric valve projects, by the world's most respected military, aerospace, civil aviation, research, and manufacturing organizations.
