Spin-On Filtration - Mix and Match, or Assembled

DMIC offers Spin-On Filters as assemblies, as well as à la carte. Mix and match Elements, Heads, and Indicators to have a factory assembled filter that meets your exact specifications !

Spin-On Filter Elements

Choose from Nominal, Water Absorbing, and Absolute Beta Rated Spin-On Filters for the majority of hydraulic applications.

Spin-On Heads

DMIC offers heads in four size classes. Our most compact heads accept 3.75"Φ elements with either SAE or BSP post. DMIC's larger heads, which accept 5.25"Φ spin-on elements, feature dual-threaded posts. This provides versatility in the field: almost any hydraulic spin-on with a 5.25"Φ will work with our larger heads.

For high flow return and cavitation-free suction line applications, DMIC offers two dual element heads with opposed- and parallel-element layouts.

The Buyer can specify from standard 25 PSI Bypass setting, or the optional 2.5 PSI or 15 PSI. DMIC is also able to furnish heads with no bypass, although this is not recommended.

Spin-On Assemblies

Each class of filter head, when assembled with a spin-on element, gasket, and optional indicator, creates an Assembly. There are four classes of Spin-On Filter assembly, whose part numbers mirror those of the underlying filter head:

DS1 Series

Compact filter for flows to 35 GPM
DS2 Series

US Standard filter for flows to
DS3 Series

Dual opposed element type with lowest restriction and pressure drop for suction line or high flow systems
DS4 Series

Dual parallel element type, available with SAE Code 61 Flange ports
