stainless steel. Additionally, most DMIC flanges are forged, resulting in
flanges which are among the strongest production SAE flanges available. Forged
steel flanges eliminate porosity, and resist cracking due to overtightening of
conical thread models.

All DMIC SAE Port Flanges are cleaned to
hydraulic standards and preservative dipped to prevent rust during
storage. Additionally, threaded flange ports are plugged prior to
shipment. DMIC supports the environment by using only biodegradable,
recyclable paper packaging. Wasteful unit packaging is minimized in favor
of well packed, “peanut-free”, robust shipments that arrive in
excellent condition.
