DMIC unveils new Factory !
We are pleased to welcome you to our new expanded DMIC Headquarters in
Wheatfield, New York. With nearly 70,000 square feet of production and office
capacity, DMIC's new home allows us to better serve our domestic customers, as
well as the ever-expanding export marketplace. If you were at our old Factory,
you recall the serpentine pathways and tight quarters. This investment allows us
room to breathe and expand, as DMIC and its Distribution Team continue to grow
in step.

DMIC Valve Actuators are nearing general release
DMIC is proud to present a preview of our U.S. made Valve Actuator
series, due to be formally announced shortly.
This product series represents a significant improvement relative to the
current options in the marketplace. DMIC's lineup of actuators offers high
torque in a compact package, with the characteristic design elegance,
durability, and quality you've come to expect from DMIC.
We are currently sampling DMIC Actuators to selected charter customers, as we
ramp up the production channel in our Factory, and finalize design data.
If you are an OEM currently using actuated ball valves, and are willing to
consider working with DMIC, we may be able to offer you a compelling set of
advantages.
Like all our products, DMIC Actuators are poised to redefine your
expectations in what a quality Valve Actuator should be.
Our exclusive U.S. made 'BVMM' Manifold Mount Ball Valve eliminates
the tempest in a teapot you find in obsolete designs
 DMIC's
last iteration of the 'BVMM' Manifold Mounted Ball Valve was already one
generation ahead of competing products, with its through bore dual end-plug
design and availability in steel or aluminum. One thing about it bothered our
engineers though, and that is, that the exposed threads on the plugs by their
very nature, create avoidable flow turbulence, pressure drop and heat in
operation.
Exposed threads in the flow path are bad design practice, so our engineers
rose to the challenge of aligning the internal ports of this valve model. The
result is the new, original, 3rd gen 'BVMM' shown here, along with
one of our more recent OEM manifold projects. Of all commercial offerings, only
DMIC manifold mounted valves eliminate the energy loss associated with this
design flaw.
Just as porting, polishing, and blueprinting a racing engine improves flow,
this exclusive DMIC design reduces pressure drop and heat generation by a
substantial margin.
Our ongoing investment in premium CNC equipment, FEA analysis, and CAD design
tools is expanding our capabilities in furnishing flow optimized manifold
mounted valves, and the manifolds that support them. DMIC welcomes your custom
manifold requirement !
Fixed Flange Large Bore Ball Valves now shipping, to 6" size
 DMIC
is now shipping the large bore 'BVFF' Fixed Flange Ball Valve series, in
sizes from 2½" to 6" unrestricted bore. With three distinct valve geometries,
and by offering valves in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, DMIC 'BVFF'
is available in 400, 3000 and 6000 PSI versions.
'BVFF' is an exciting new product for DMIC, ushering in the aspiration
and capability of developing large valves to 12", and beyond.
Also, DMIC has designed the 'BVFF' series to facilitate delivery of
ANSI Flange and DIN Flange variants. To solve the problem of de-rated working
pressures in large SAE Flange sizes, DMIC's standard equipment DM-Flange
connections provide generous design factor for complete security and peace of
mind.

Round Body High Pressure Direct Mount Ball Valves
 Are you an OEM user of the typical "round" type direct mount SAE Flange
valves, particularly in the large sizes up to 4" ? Give DMIC a call. We can
probably save you time and money.
DMIC's 'BVSS' SAE Direct Mount valves are now released in ¾" to 2"
sizes.
Draft cutsheets of the 'BVDM' and 'CVDM' Direct Mount Valves
are available for download.
Direct Mount SAE Ball Valves are shipping from stock, with ANSI & DIN models
on the production fast track
 As we steadily approach the release of our Clamping Systems product
line, we thought you'd enjoy this spy shot of the new DMIC BVDM Direct
Mount SAE Ball Valve, executed in aluminum.
In addition to SAE 4-Bolt C.61/62 Direct Mount Valves, DMIC is
pleased to offer these products in ANSI and DIN flange standards, as
well. Because we manufacture our products here in the U.S.A., delivery of
stainless steel and less common flanged valves from DMIC is measured in
days, not months.
One by one, DMIC is eliminating the reasons why people should settle
for second best.
 Project 420, a.k.a. What's that funny smell in Engineering ?
New 'LGL' Level Gauge might possibly set Guinness Record ...
DMIC solves problems for esoteric customers.
This extra-long level gauge was constructed for an aerospace test bench,
to accommodate a HUGE skydrol reservoir.
Utilizing the core architecture of the DMIC 'LGD' Level Gauge, it
provides 160° field of view, O-ring sealing, an accurate bimetal
thermometer, and the heavy wall borosilicate sight glass. The green ball
floats to provide indication of fluid level, and unlike typical
polycarbonate sight glasses, this one will never yellow, or disintegrate
from the elements.
Engineering reports that, in principle, it's possible to furnish the
'LGL' up to 144" in length, but should a customer want a longer one,
we can probably supply it.
DMIC can now legitimately claim that we have the biggest one out there.
Ours is longer than yours is !! Forget the ruler, we need a tape measure
to prove it. "Go big or go home !!!". OK, that's about as much fun as we
should have with this.
