Requirements:
- Locate and develop new customers through various methods. Groom and support new customers
- Meet business objectives for new customer growth by creating business plans, executing and staying within budget/on target
- Work with existing customers to develop new potential income streams for them or see where DMIC can displace existing product in the market
- Meet business objectives for current customer management and growth by creating business plans, executing and staying within budget/on target
- Must be able to work independently
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Mostly domestic travel, some international travel may apply
- Prepare agendas for customer visits, make all necessary travel arrangements and completes scheduled trips within budget
- Contribute to the marketing campaign
- Required skills
- Communication (Written, Oral)
- Good with computers
- Highly organized
- Fantastic multi-tasking ability
Education/experience:
- 2 year degree from an accredited college with at least 5 years experience in technical sales. Knowledge of hydraulics, manufacturing and Fluid Power certification are all helpful
